San Francisco - Electronic communications originating from Cubby Control have
indicated that a new Missalette will soon go to press. The theme of this
installment of the irregularly generated periodical will be "politics." Sources
central to the editorial staff predict that the publication date will be some
time in late April and promise that it will feature the finest in controversy,
exposé, polemic and diatribe, along with a smattering of
universally offensive art and poetry. The sources look forward to "taking out
the hot topics of the day, whipping them into a thick froth and spreading them
over the top of the mainstream media's flavorless coverage of the things we are
all concerned about." The same sources urged writers and artists to turn in
their submissions by April 6th to successfully join the fray. Also, an
unidentified person walking around the Civic Center area in an elongated papier
maché body suit painted with orange spots calling
herself the "Ascension Giraffe" claimed that the currently reclusive former host
of Cubbyvision, Huck Forest, will be submitting a letter to this issue that will
inform the public of his latest activities. Perhaps you are interested.
